This 15-minute conversation is a no-pressure way to understand your residential space, your goals, and what kind of support would be most helpful. We’ll briefly discuss what’s feeling off, what you’re hoping to improve, and the appropriate scope and investment for your situation — offering clarity before you decide how to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit Policy To confirm an appointment, a $50 booking deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the full consultation fee. • If we decide not to move forward after the discovery call, the deposit will be fully refunded. • If we proceed with the consultation or project, the deposit will be credited toward the total investment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Payment & Confirmation Appointments are confirmed only after the booking deposit is received.
