Is my space “complex”?

Complexity applies when additional analysis is required, such as:

 

  • Multi-level layouts, highly irregular floorplans, multiple entrances

  • Significant exterior features (pools, water features, courtyards) affecting flow

  • Mixed-use or subdivided commercial spaces

 

If complexity applies, it’s clearly noted in the proposal before you book.
